Resolute Counseling has hired our first psychiatric provider with a continued aim to expand our scope of practice in the community.

We have hired Ann Bell, who has recently served as a provider at Keystone Behavioral Health in Chambersburg.  Ann is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.  She is available to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.  Please contact our office by visiting our contact form or call us at 717-264-0450.  Please read her biography below to learn more about her background.

Ann Bell, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Licensed provider in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey

Ms. Bell completed her CRNP schooling through Drexel University. She completed her clinical training at Keystone Behavioral Health. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor’s degree from Alfred University. She is a member of the Nursing Honor Society of Sigma Theta Tau. Ms. Bell is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Ms. Bell will begin her employment with Resolute Counseling near the end of 2024 and will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments for all individuals 16 years old and older.
