Ashleigh Mann, LPC

Ashleigh earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.

Ashleigh is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 10 years of experience providing outpatient mental health counseling. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.  Outside of the outpatient clinical setting, Ashleigh has worked in a variety of settings including residential, non-profits, and schools.

Ashleigh works with older adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and self-esteem difficulties. She takes an eclectic approach but enjoys a person-centered and individualized approach to counseling, recognizing that every client’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.

Ashleigh believes that seeking counseling is a sign of strength and that meaningful change can happen when individuals have the right support and a therapeutic relationship built on trust. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, work through difficult experiences, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
