Mikala Morrow obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and Master of Science degree in counseling from Villanova University. She has over 5 years of experience in clinical settings. The past three years she has been working in community mental health working with a diverse population in the Carlisle area. Prior to that position, she worked in a private practice near Philadelphia. Mikala primarily works with older adolescents and adults. Her experience has been diverse in that she has counseled individual and facilitated groups for both mental health and drug and alcohol.

Mikala prefers to use a client centered approach.  She is passionate about helping her clients feel comfortable and safe to open up and share their stories. She works to provide a protected, comfortable and non-judgmental space to share what is most concerning and will work diligently with her clients to help them reach their goals.  In this journey together, clients will be working collaboratively to achieve their goals and find out what style of therapy works best for them.

Mikala has been living in the area since 2018 and in her free time she enjoys exercise, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
